About the Pilot
Trevor Norris

As a kid, I checked out  from the library all the aviation books I could get my hands on (flying them, fixing them, the history of flight, great flying adventures, etc.). After high school I went to ground school but just couldn't afford to finish.

I married in 2001 and was busy pursuing a carrer as an electrician. One day in 2003 I stopped by Twin Oaks Airpark on my way home from a job. I met an instructor who offered to give me a flight. I was hooked. I couldn't wipe the grin off my face (and it's still there!)

In 2004, my dream came true and I earned my private pilot's license. Soon after, I earned my tail-dragger endorsement. Then, in 2005 I bought my first "ride" - a 1948 Cessna 140. Then came my instrument rating and the commercial rating.

In 2009, I was blessed to acquire a 1961 Cessna 180. My favorite kind of flying is "low and slow." I just want to enjoy the simplicity of flight, the views, and the adventures it offers. I love taking my family out for lunch at a fly-in restaurant, on day trips to cool, out-of-the-way locations, and best of all - down to the Willamette River for campouts.

I would love to introduce YOU to the beauty and adventure of Oregon from the air. I give sight-seeing trips and airplane rides on an appointment basis and also the first Saturday of every month at the EAA Chapter 105 pancake breakfast at Twin Oaks.
